AGARTALA, Aug 4 (TIWN): Whereas opposition BJP is all set to welcome Ex-Trinamool members in BJP on August 7 before Rabindra Bhawan, CPI-M has organized a rally one day ago on Aug 6 via Khet Majur Union in the same place.
However, there will be also a march at Delhi by All India Agricultural Workers Union and here in Tripura under the union a rally to be organized, Khet Majur Union said in a press meet at Melarmath on Friday.
But surprisingly the union to seek from Centre the MGNREGA wages atleast to raise upto 300 rupees, whereas in Tripura Govt is paying highest 175 rupees.
The union also to demand to hike the MGNREGA mandays, to ensure Rs. 2 kilo rice per KG with 35 Kilo per family.
A monthly pension of Rs. 5000 to all the poor people from at the age of 60 need to be paid, the union raised demand.
