AGARTALA, July 23 (TIWN): Ganamukti Parishad has strongly criticized IPFT for attacking CPI-M leaders on Saturday.

"The IPFT have shown their reality by this attack", said Radhacharan Debbarma in a press meet in the afternoon at Melarmath.

Addressing the press meet Debbarma said, "The attack upon Keshab Debbarma is just barbaric and IPFTs have exposed their motive of unrest in the name of protest".

 The CPI-M backed Parshad has accused IPFT for attacking inhumanly CPI-M MLA Keshav Debbarma and few other leaders at Bisramganj.

Later police had rescued the CPI-M leaders. However, how far truth is behind the story it's yet to be known.
