AGARATLA, May 29 (TIWN): Unakoti Kalakshetra, a multi-cultural complex will be inaugurated at Kailashahar on 1st June. Chief Minister Manik Sarkar is scheduled to inaugurate the complex.
The construction work was completed before one month amidst allegations brought by opposition MLA Birjit Sinha about the quality of the construction. Sinha also raised the issue to SDM Subrata Choudhury demanding for reconstruction of the building.
Later BJP also raised the same allegation multiple times accusing the state govt for continuing quality-less works across the state.
However on that day Chief Minister also to inaugurate a school building of Bhagini Nivedita Secondary school.
Following the 2 programmes Chief Minister Manik Sarkar will address a public rally, to be organized by CPI-M at R.K. Stadium at 3.30 PM.
On Sunday night Minister Tapan Chakrabory had visited the spots to check the status.
However, Sarkar on that day will hoist Govt as well as Party programme focusing on the poll-venture in the middle of tough battles giving by opposition BJP.
