AMARPUR, May 27 (TIWN): A major fire has gutted around 10 shops at Natun Bazar market under Amarpur.

The shops have turned into ashes due to the deadly fire hit the market in the afternoon.

Getting informed 2 fire brigade cars rushed to the spot and controlled the fire in half an hour. A shopkeeper alleged if the fire was not controlled in time, the whole market would be damaged.

However, no causality was reported so far, but tension has gripped the whole area as the cause of the fire yet to be identified.
