AGARTALA, May 24 (TIWN): BJP launched signature campaign has been completed successfully on Tuesday getting a huge response from the state govt employees, pensioners.
In an attempt to survey the demand for 7th pay commission in Tripura & to expose CPI-M's false claims about Govt-Employees satisfaction with 4th pay commission, state BJP on May 16 had kicked off 'Signature Campaigning' for all Govt employees.
After this 9 day long mission ended, state BJP also staged protest at Agartala demanding 7 pay commission from the left front govt.
As per the campaigning motto all the Govt Employees of the state were asked to sign if they want 7th pay commission to be implemented in Tripura, with a huge response received from pensioners and govt employees.
There will be some more protests demanding 7th pay commission in coming days, where Assam Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma likely to participate.
