SONAMURA, May 22 (TIWN): BJP Women Morcha gheraod SDPO Office at Sonamura protesting against the increasing crime against women in the subdivision.

In the last week 2 women BJP leaders were attacked, alleged Mohila Morcha.

Her body was recovered from a rubber garden at Sonamura under PS Moti Nag. Apart from that the main agitation was against the murder of a 31 year's housewife Rita Barman Das  after rape as a part of domestic violence on May 17 but no-one was arrested related to the murder.

Allegation also raised against husband Satyabrata  Barman for killing her as against Satyabrata Barman already 498 case  was lodged by Rita.

BJP also raised question regarding the inactive role of police to arrest the culprits engaged in the crime.
