SONAMURA, May 22 (TIWN): Expressing much anger on Sahid Chouwdhury's negligence for Sonamura's development, the local people blocked road on Monday.

Common people from Aralia blocked the road at around 10 AM. Due to office hours much traffic jam was observed at Sonamura road generated much resentment among the public there.

They had electricity, road maintenance and water crisis issues.

However, DCM Arup Dutta, Sonamura Police led by O/C-Amal Chakraborty, SDM Dumit Lodh arrived the spot of blockade and controlled the situation after talking to the agitators.
