AGARTALA, May 11 (TIWN): Slamming Manik Sarkar as a total failure leader, TMCP leaders said, 'In Manik Sarkar's era crime against women has reached on peak, but being the home minister, he is utter silent about the issues.

Trinamool Congress Youth Forum had hit CM's residence premises, with roars of protests on Thursday morning demanding proper investigation against Anuara murder case.

'Till day the post mortem report has remained unpublished, neither anyone has been arrested', said Viki Prasad, TMCP leader.

'The increasing crime against women has been nationally known, but Manik Sarkar has no headache. He is just a shame for the state occupying the chairs of CM/ Home Minister', he added.
