KUMARGHAT, May 6 (TIWN): Passengers are suffering due to continuous link failure at Kumarghat railway station, unable to book tickets on spot.

As a result people have to depend fully on shop keepers those who are not comfortable in internet.

The ticket counter workers' negligence was also reported from a section of regular passengers.

'In the name of link failure, they  never cooperate resulting huge suffering for us. Poor villagers can never think about online E-Ticket booking, but counter is their only option', said another passenger.
