UDAIPUR, May 4 (TIWN): On Wednesday, by Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Court No. 2 Udaipur, Gomati Tripura, has convicted 2 accused persons namely (1)Sri Amullya Ghosh S/O Lt. Ramani Mohan Ghosh (2) Sri Raju Ghosh S/O Sri Amullya Ghosh both of Tulamura near H.S School, PS Kakraban Under Gomati District.

On 22-05-2016, Kakraban PS Case No. 2016KKB037  U/S- 447/323/354(B)/34 IPC, was registered on the basis of written Complaint of Complainant, against the accused persons namely (1)Sri Amullya Ghosh S/O Lt. Ramani Mohan Ghosh (2) Sri Raju Ghosh S/O Sri Amullya Ghosh both of Tulamura near H.S School, PS Kakraban Under Gomati District; for hurling attack and assault upon the complainant on 22-05-2016 at about 1530 hrs at Tulamura in the house of complainant.

After investigation, charge sheet was filed by SI Goutam Jamatia, I.O of the case on 31-05-2016, against the accused persons namely (1)Sri Amullya Ghosh S/O Lt. Ramani Mohan Ghosh (2) Sri Raju Ghosh S/O Sri Amullya Ghosh both of Tulamura near H.S School, PS Kakraban Under Gomati District; vide Kakraban PS C/S No. 31/2016 U/S-447/323/354(B)/34  IPC.

 The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused persons namely Sri Amullya Ghosh (2) Sri Raju Ghosh is guilty U/S 447 IPC and sentence to pay a fine of Rs- 200/- each in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 07 (Seven) days each.
