CM Manik Sarkar was present on that occasion as the Chief Guest of the programme.
Ashad Mahan, author from Bangladesh was present on that occasion.
From West Bengal Ramthakur Mukharjee was present.
ICA Minister Bhnaulal Saha also remained present on that occasion.
