Assembly 1st Day : Opposition seeks 2 yrs increase of age-bar for unemployed

AGARTALA, Feb 17 (TIWN): On the 1st day of the Assembly Session-2017, opposition MLA Pranajit Singha Roy sought increasment of Tripura’s unemployed youth’s age bar for atleast 2 years while filling up the vacancies.
Now the age bar in Tripura is 40 years whereas for SC / ST it’s 45 years.
Tripura has presently 7 lakhs of unemployed youths and many became overage.
Due to lack of industrialization and opportunities, the unemployed youths are increasing day by day.
