We don’t oppose IPFT’s 48 hrs strike, says Birjit

AGARTALA, Feb 16 (TIWN): Tripura Congress President MLA Birjit Sinha said the Congress will not protest the 48 hrs strike called by IPFT at Gandachera.
‘Any protest against ruling CPI-M will be supported by Congress’, said Sinha.
It’s worthy to mention here that a 48 HOUR Strike has called by IPFT from 16th to 17th Feb. Tripura CPIM has opposed the 48 hours strike in Gandacherra subdivision. Recently
IPFT held press meet, reiterates the slogans of separate state .Pressing much higher for separate Twipra land, The Indigenous Peoples Front of Tripura (IPFT), a tribal based party in Tripura, to observe 48 hour Gandacharra Sub Division bandh, said party leader.
