SABROOM Dec 30 (TIWN): The students of the Manu Class XII School conducted cleanliness drive at Manu PHC complex. The drive was undertaken as a part of the week-long special camp of NSS.
As per the guidelines of the NSS, the school organized the week-long special camp. The camp included different social and awareness programs like discussions of health and hygiene, violation against women, blood donation etc.
As a part of this, the cleanliness drive was conducted. The volunteers conducted drive at the Manu Bazar area road.
The local people expressed pleasure on such activities organized by the students. At present social circumstances, such activities would surely help the students’ community in becoming more social and humane. The teachers of the school expressed their belief to continue such activities in future also. The camp would conclude on Friday next.
