Tripura reels under cooking gas crisis

AGARTALA, Dec 24 (TIWN): After petrol and diesel now cooking gas shortage has begun in state Tripura, fueled with the excuse of Naga blockage. The oppositions alleged that the crisis is happening due to much black marketing with cooking gas cylinders.
Reportedly, the crisis remains high in Tripura evenafter several protest held by the opposition parties in state.
The situation has now become worse due to the demonetization of currencies.
Reportedly, already the state govt has written a letter to IOCL-MEA & also demand raised by Tripura Govt. that using Bangladesh land, the LPG should enter in Tripura.
But the common too public alleged that the state government is not taking proper initiatives to control the situation.
