AGARTALA, July 8 (TIWN): In a major development it has been announced that Adhar number is going to be mandatory to book train ticket.

Without Unique Identity( UID)or Aadhar number a person can not book a train ticket.

The common people will face a tough time in state, as many people in Tripura are till now recorded without this mentioned document.

However, there are Adhaar centers in state and interested customers are advised to finish their incomplete works soon.

India’s Aadhaar biometric ID program continues to broaden its reach into everyday life in the country, with Indian Railways reportedly preparing to use it for passenger ticketing.
