AGARTALA, June 26 (TIWN): Since Wednesday petrol crisis has hit the state. However 22 vehicles carrying petrol entered state on Saturday night, said Dharmanagar SDM Pradip Acharjee to TIWN.
The acute petrol crisis which has hit the state once again has become the pathos of vehicular. Petrol pumps are lined up by vehicular at Agartala and other subdivisions.
The sudden petrol crisis was however unexpected. Reportedly, a huge crowd has been observed in front of the Durgabari Petrol Pump, Motor Stand Petrol Pump and in some other petrol pumps in the capital on Sunday.
The other subdivisions’ condition is also same.
Fuel crisis continues to suffer the state with board of ‘No Petrol’ hanging in front of the major petrol pumps since Wednesday morning.
Tripura’s life line NH-44’s pathetic condition has remained as the prime reason behind the crisis.
