AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): Due to Tripura Govt.'s negligence the Bamboo cultivation here remained in the stage of extinction since last few years.
Although Tripura is considered as one of the major bamboo producing states in India, but the reality says something else.
Despite of several initiatives taken to curb down the bamboo extinction in the state, people are continuously chopping down the bamboo plants.
