BELONIA, June 2, 11 pm (TIWN): 7 BJP supporters injured by sudden brutal attack by CPI-M cadres at Belonia.

CPI-M goons attacked BJP supporters after they joined BJP by deserting CPI-M in a meeting held today at Belonia AMZAD Nagar.

CPI-M supporters armed with lethal weapons tried to kill BJP Supporters and afterwards they are narrowly escaped.

Subal Bhowmik and BJP local leaders tried to meet SDPO Belonia. But SDPO did not take any action rather asked to hospitalize those injured BJP Supporters in Belonia Hospital.

According to sources, BJP leaders while delivering their speech over cow slaughter created riot like situation in the meeting place.

Seven were injured and two are missing from the place of incident. Police is investigating the case .
