AGARTALA, May 30 (TIWN): Congress once again stressing upon the Rose Valley issues held in Manik’s regime since 2008 sat in Mass protest on Monday at Dharmanagar.

Opposition Congress organized a huge rally protesting against the major cheat fund issues held in state. Party also asked to take action against Tripura Minister Bijita Nath.

The protest rally began from Dharmanagr town hall and eneded before DM office where opposition Congress placed deputation to the District Magistrate there.

However, along with the cheat fund issue Congress  stressed upon the other problems dominating the state.

Opposition leader Gopal Roy also asked for a special  inquiry against the corruptions held under CPI-M regime. Apart from that Congress has filed cases in High Court against few officials for fishery scams.

According to Congress, Tripura Chief Minister is playing a silent role even after so many corruptions held under his party’s ruling.

Protesting the ruling Govt., Congress held a massive protest  on Monday with the slogan of resign of CM.

However, Tripura has witnessed the biggest ever chit fund scam in the Era of  Rose-Valley incident, but how far Congress’s protest will be fruitful only time will say.
