AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): Tripura police on Thursday arrested two people accused of kidnapping a man. The police have arrested them from Vivekananda Ground.

According to the sources reports, the name of the two accused are Abhi Das and Rani Das.

Among both the accused Abhi Das is an Auto Driver.

However, the reason behind the kidnapping is yet unknown. Besides, the police are continuing with the investigation to find out the actual reason behind the alleged kidnapping of the man.

It is to be mentioned here that cases of kidnapping, murder, rape and many others are going high day by day.

Though the Tripura police are trying to arrest the culprits but it seems like the investigation and other initiatives taken to curb down the rising crime is not enough.

It seems like the vigilance of the police personnel should be tighten to curd the rising crime in the State.

The ruling Government where claims about development in the state in every programme, whereas in reality the scenario seems opposite.

However, if we go through the earlier reports, the capital as well as various interior parts of the State has virtually become a dumping ground for bodies.

Reports of the unidentified dead bodies have become a daily feed for the news papers and the channels in the State.

It is to be mentioned here that infant bodies has also become rampant in various area in the capital and in the interior parts of the state.

Bodies of several persons who have been killed are thrown on roads, drains, railway tracks and secluded areas and they are unidentified.

Every time the reports of several crimes are being reported. However, strict action must be taken to curb the rising crime so that people in the state can feel safe.
