AGARTALA, Feb 21 (TIWN): Tripura Government Employee Association on Sunday organized a 15th Biennial conference at PWD office.
During the programme, they have demanded to immediately fill up all the vacant post in the Department. Besides, they also urged to start 12 percent interest under GPF project, to lose the timing of the job to 16 thousand for full pension benefit and to provide pension from the day an employee goes on pension.
Besides, the members have demanded not to convert any Governmental organization to Non-Governmental organization.
To provide fast ACP to Fixed pay employees after 10 years like the regular employees, to construct more bike and bicycle stand as the present stands are sufficient for the employees at the new secretariat complex.
During the programme, Chairman Kamal Roy, Vice-charperson Manidipa Palit of TTEA, Nityananda Datta Vice-Chairman of TTGMWU, Vice-Chairperson of TGG-D EA Arun Debbarma and others were also present.
The members have discussed about various problems faced by the association and their demands for the association and for the betterment of the employees.
Besides, they also demanded regarding salary and fixed pay and various others demands for the employees.
