AGARTALA, Feb 9 (TIWN) : As the village committee election is knocking on the door all the political parties have been geared up to propagate their own parties.

Reportedly, at Kalyanpur CPM’s wing DYFI had conducted their ‘mission membership’ through which they collected new memberships and welcomed new members in the list of their party.

As DYFI is CPM’s wing so the votes will automatically go in CPM’s vote banks.

However, this programme was held along with the whole state at kalyanpur which will be continued till Feb 14. Their slogan was ‘be member of DYFI’.

Members of DYFI visited every houses of Kalyanpur and asked for membership. Their mission started from 7 am and to continue till evening.

According to the report, party got huge response from the public.

The area which they covered are : Bagan Bazar, Darikapur, Durgapur along with total 6 units. CPM leaders as Samarjit Dutta, Arjun Das, Sajal Das were present and lead the programme.
