AGARTALA, Feb 3 (TIWN): Keeping eye on the upcoming Amarepur bi-election and Village Committee election, all the political parties has initiated with full fledged election campaign in all the interior parts of the State.
The political parties are observed are on scheduled to visit the interior area of the state along with Manu, Chawmanu, Ambassa, Amarpur, Salema, Ampi and to discuss about the preparation for the village committee election.
When only counting days left for the commencement of Amarpur bi-Election and Village Committee election, all the political parties are gearing up for the election.
However, with the intentions to cleanly sweep the election, the ruling party has started full-fledged preparation regarding the selection of the candidates and other procedures for conducting the poll is underway.
Parties are holding meeting in the various interior parts of the state with an aim to grab the seats in the upcoming election. It is to be mentioned Left Front Party has begin their campaigning for the village election long back.
Recently, CPM has been trying hard the capture the blocks of the Manu and Chawmanu villages.
Beside local leaders, high level leaders of the state rushed to Longtrai Valley to strengthen the poll campaign.
Even the Party members are holding meeting in the various interior parts of the state with an aim to grab the seats in the upcoming election.
On the other hand, MLA Nirajoy Tripura and Gajendra Tripura are conducting full-fledged campaign from Govindabari to Nepal Tilla. There are a total of 45 village committees at Longtrai Valley sub division with 14 at Chawmanu block and 31 at Manu block.
Like the municipal election, this village election also the party has selected new faces for the village election.
However, full-fledged campaign has been going on in the interior parts of the state.
