Agartala, September 12, ( TIWN) Golden opportunity for young and energetic talents of the state. Mainly painters, this time.
Painters from three states including Assam and Tripura of Northeast region got an insight in an exhibition of the Lalit Kala Kendra at Bhubaneswar. About 17 artists including Maharastra are attending the five-day long exhibition. The newly formed 3G painters Group came together through social networking sites like and other art workshops and thought of organizing exhibition aimed at engaging local artists in a cross cultural exchange.
With this aim the matter was organized and it has been a learning lesson for all of us, said Mr.Debnath, a young artist from Tripura while sharing his experience of attending the exhibition.
“I belong to the green city of Agartala, which is full of natural surroundings. And most of my paintings are inspired by nature. Here in Bhubaneswar, I liked the temples and mixed culture of the city comprising both the pace of an emerging metro and simplicity of small towns”, said another young artist who participated in the Exhibition.
