AGARTALA, June 7 (TIWN): Tripura Gramin Bank officer’s Union organized a day long awareness programme on Credit Extension/ Credit Management and Customer Service on Sunday at Muktadhara auditorium.

Speaking at the awareness program the dignitaries present on the platform spoke on the different salient features for the customers which include KCC, GCC, Agriculture and other Agriculture allied activities, business loan, SSI, Transport Loan, cash credit, over draft, housing loan, CDL, Utsav Wrin Prakalpa, Advances against, Loan against NSC/KVP/LIC, Loan against banks own term deposit, own your car, two wheeler, latex rubber processing unit, JLG and others.

The dignitaries also spoke on providing better customer service to the public. The awareness program also addressed on the various Credit Extension and credit Management policies. Further rules and regulations-credit portfolio of TGB were also discussed in the awareness program.

However, Rajat Kanti Deb Barman, G.M. NABARD, Tripura Region, Santi Ranjan Bhattacharjee, Chief Manager, Credit and Refinance, Tripura Gramin Bank, Head Office, Amaresh Saha Faculty member UBI staff training college, Kolkata, Samir Debbarma President Tripura Gramin Bank Officers Union(TGBOU), I.K. Dandapat, General manager, Tripura Gramin Bank Head Office, along with other dignitaries remained present in the program.
