Udaipur, May 24 (TIWN): The consumers using ATM cards are undergoing huge troubles during the transactions in Udaipur ATM branches. Most of ATMs in Udaipur are in paralyzed state and the consumers are in trouble due to this reason. As a result many times people have to go to the banks for cash withdrawing.
This deaden condition of ATM has become a headache for ATM users, as they are unable to withdraw money in their emergency times. Customers’ main complaint is if they can not withdraw money in emergency periods then, what are the use of these ATM cards. Sometimes fake notes have also reported to come out from ATMs over there.
These kinds of issues reveal the authorities lack of apathy to its customers and their problems. An ATM branch in Gokulpur declined a customer’s ATM card as “invalid card” whether the card was valid. Ramesh Chowmuhani’s branches also showed “error” in transaction time and the main town branches are hardly found to work satisfactorily.
As a result, in this age of sophisticated machinery and high-tech, people of this city are in distress and undergoing hardship for cash withdrawing.
