AGARTALA, May 24 (TIWN): A 5-day long drama festival to be observed at Dharmanagar Town Hall on May 27.

During the festival, along with invitee organization, altogether 10 drama organization of the municipal council area will participate, said sources. On the first day of the festival, ‘Panchan Baidik theatre group’ and the invitee organization will be performing at the evening. The last day of the festival will be concluded with the performance of ‘Icche Dana’ and artist of ‘Classic organisation’ along with others, said sources.

The festival will continue till May 31, confirmed sources. Detailing about the program, sources further said that the program schedule was decided in the presence of Chairperson of Municipal Council Ratna Mahishya Das, Vice-Chairperson Swapna Chandan, President of existing committee of games and cultural Maniklal Nath and DCM Trideep Sarkar along with others.
