AGARTALA, May 17 (TIWN): Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI), the youth wing of the ruling Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPIÂ-M) on Tuesday will organize a 15 minutes of “Chakka Jam†from 10 am to 10:15 am all over the state.
Speaking to the media persons at Melarmath DYFI state secretary Amal Chakraborty on Saturday said “The union government has hiked the petrol price many times. With the increase in fuel prices, the cost of all essentials and goods would automatically go up. It would further burdened the common people.”
He further added that the party urged the common people to raise voice against the Modi-led government and its anti-people policies. The party also asked its workers to organize statewide agitation against the anti-people decision by the BJP government.
