Agartala, February 14 (TIWN): Tripura Mahakaran Karmachari Samity (TMKS) conducted 8th biennial convention at Agartala Press Club here today. President of Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC)- Birjit Sinha inaugurated the convention.
Tripura opposition Leader- Sudip Roy Barman graced the dais as chief guest while spokesperson of TPCC- Dr. Ashok Sinha attended the convention as chief orator.
Working President of TPCC Pradyut Kishore Deb Barman, All respective opposition members of Tripura Legislative Assembly were present as guests of honour.
The convention was presided over by the President of Tripura Mahakaran Karmachari Samity- Ajoy Kumar Chowdhury while the leaders of National Employees’ Organization of Tripura were present as guests of invitees.
At the beginning of the convention, homage was paid to samity’s bereaved souls and a souvenir ‘Anusandhistsha’ was unveiled in the convention.
