‘No Communal Issue’ : West Agartala Police Confirms Border Chakkar Incident erupted centering a ‘petty fight’ : 4 Arrested

AGARTALA, Nov 10 (TIWN): West Agartala police arrested four persons in connection with the Border Gol Chakkar clash that occurred on Sunday night. Additional SP Druba Nath told media that there was no communal angle in yesterday’s fight and it erupted centering a petty fight.
Police did not reveal the arrested persons names yet, but four youths who were arrested have been taken to court seeking police remand.
Centering the fight security was deployed on Sunday night with SP West and other high police officials were physically present there to tackle the situation.
