AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN): A violent incident occurred in Tripura when BJP workers were allegedly attacked by miscreants while en route to a public meeting at Jampuijala.

The attack left several party workers injured, who are currently receiving treatment at GB Hospital.

Chief Minister Manik Saha visited the injured workers at the hospital, condemning the attack and assuring strict action against the perpetrators. The incident has sparked tensions in the region, with the BJP demanding action against those responsible for the violence.
