UDAIPUR, Oct 6 (TIWN): In a hit and run case, a 9 years old boy has died after a bike in reckless mode hit him, and escaping from the area.

The incident happened in the Canala Par area after a bike hit a kid and his mother. The kid went there with his mother to see Durga puja Dashami. 

The eight year old Ashim Das was declared dead as soon as he was taken to the hospital. His mother Helena Das is also critically injured. 

Eye witnesses said the biker left after hitting them.
