AGARTALA, Sep 7 (TIWN): It is perhaps the first in India that a bar was opened on a government office building's floor --- Tripura Urban Development Dept office's top floor has been dedicated to a bar named "Happiest Hour".

But the problem erupted on the first day, and police had to arrive at night 1 O'Clock to control the situation.

The problem erupted after a man could not enter the club because he did not bring his partner there, and the bar allows only couples, which is a standard practice to avoid clashes inside the bar, but the man, after being denied entry, created chaos outside the bar.

The man who alleged harassment said, "I was not allowed to enter there as I have no woman beside me. They allow only couples here. How can I bring my wife here?"

"How can a housewife come here?" he asked.

"How can I bring my Wife here ?" A 56-year-old man was denied access to the newly opened Happiest Hour bar because he was single.
