Agartala, July 16, 2025 (TIWN): Minister Sudhangshu Das inspected the Maharajganj Fish Market, accompanied by Mayor Deepak Majumdar, Corporator Ratna Dutta, and Fish Market Committee Secretary, among others.

During the visit, the Minister announced plans to upgrade the market into a model fish market at a cost of Rs 35 crore.

The proposed upgrade aims to modernize the market's infrastructure and improve facilities for vendors and customers.
