Agartala, July 2 (TIWN): In a recent development, candidates who appeared for the Selection Test for Graduate Teachers (STGT) in 2022 have been protesting and demanding the early declaration of their results.
Despite approaching the Education Department, the candidates were unable to meet with officials and were forced to submit an appeal to the Chief Minister, urging him to intervene in the matter.
The candidates, who have been waiting for over a year and a half for their results, expressed frustration and anxiety over the prolonged delay. Many are concerned that the delay will render them ineligible for government jobs due to age restrictions. The protesters highlighted the urgent need for the government to release the results and initiate the recruitment process.
The candidates have been staging protests and submitting appeals to the Chief Minister, urging him to take immediate action and expedite the result declaration process. The authorities are expected to take necessary steps to address the concerns of the candidates and bring relief to those awaiting their results.
