MELAGHAR, Dec 9 (TIWN): Tripura Tourism Promo Fest-2024 celebrated at Neermahal palace. Neermahal is the largest water palace in the Indian subcontinent, one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in North-East India.

The name of Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya Bahadur is associated with the famous Neermahal in history. Even today, it stands in its own glory. Neermahal, located in the center of the Rudrasagar lake, was renovated multiple times since it became a government property in an impressive way and its natural and unique beauty, architectural brilliance and cultural diversity have been showcased to the entire country and the outside world.

As part of the "Tripura Tourism Promo Fest-2024" celebration, a colorful program was organized for the first time in the state by the Tourism Department of the Government of Tripura.

Minister Sushant Chowdhury and others attended the ceremony organized at Rajghat of Neermahal today.
