AGARTALA, Dec 4 (TIWN): An Anganwadi school was looted by thieves in Ward No. 3 of Kalamkhet Gram Panchayat under Mohanbhog RD Block.

Last night, a group of thieves broke the lock of the school, stole the gas cylinder, the cooking stove, 1 bag of rice, and left all the belongings in pieces.

A month ago, the school's faucet and pipes were stolen.

Kalmkhet Gram Panchayat Pradhan Muslim Mia, the panchayat representatives of that ward, and Booth President Yusuf Nabi rushed to the spot after receiving information on the incident.

A meeting was organized with the locals after the incident.
