SABROOM, Dec 2 (TIWN): In a clash between BJP and CPI-M party members who are neighbors one person has been critically injured.

The incident happened in Sabroom, Jalefa Gram Panchayat’s Madhyapara area after Sankar Dey and Sunil Chandra Dey allegedly attacked Bimal Debnath, according to Bimal Debnath, who claimed himself as a BJP member.

The issue erupted when Bimal Debnath was constructing a toilet at his home.

The neighbors alleged the toilet construction was violating the boundary and entering into their land.

Centering this a fight erupted between the two parties and soon it went to extreme and Bimal Debnath received injuries.

Bimal Debnath was referred to Santir Bazar Hospital from Sabroom. A complaint was registered in the local police station.

However, both CPI-M and BJP parties have refrained from getting involved in this matter.
