AGARTALA, Dec 1 (TIWN): Since the Sheikh Hasina government’s fall in neighbouring country Bangladesh, the attacks on the Bangladeshi minority have escalated.
Protesting against the interim government of Bangladesh, Hindu Sanatani Nagarik Samaj organization beat up Muhammad Yunus with shoes and then set his effigy on fire.
There are plenty of allegations coming about attacks on minorities in Bangladesh and the protests have erupted also in Tripura.
Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha has also expressed concerns over the crisis in Bangladesh.
