The Veterinary officers were recruited based on Tripura recruitment board exams.

An official ceremony was organized at Gorkha Basti for the distribution of offer letters.

Job distribution by cabinet ministers is a new trend in the state, launched under the BJP government, though it does not portray the retiring officials' numbers and the numbers of exact vacant posts.
