NEW DELHI, Oct 8 (TIWN): ‘EVMs in at least 3 Districts which had made BJP to win BJP had 99% charge which is practically impossible’, said Congress. Congress brought severe allegations about EVM manipulations in various areas with a significant example of EVM battery strength status. In a press meet, Congress national leaders Pawan Khera and Jairam Ramesh said whereas the EVMs should not have 99% charge after so many days of election was conducted, each of the EVMs that made BJP winners had 99% charges and each had the same charge. Congress said the complaints are constantly coming and the list is not yet completed.

"Have you understood this conspiracy? Where there was 99 per cent battery in EVMs, the BJP won. Where there was less than 70 per cent battery, the Congress won. If this is not a conspiracy, then what is it?" Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh said Tuesday.
