AGARTALA, Oct 5 (TIWN): Since Sheikh Hasina Govt’s fall and Yunus took over the country, uncontrolled attacks on minorities continue in Bangladesh.
Tripura CPI-M and other left wing parties staged a protest in Agartala against such attacks, and demanded an immediate end to violence against the people.
Addressing the gathering, former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar said that atrocities against the minority happened in Bangladesh time to time but later the situation was controlled under Sheikh Hasina’s government but people were expecting a new government that assured everyone’s safety in the country but what is happening now it’s unacceptable.
