AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): Kriti Singh was declared as the East Tripura constituency candidate of BJP for this upcoming Lok Sabha poll. Today, the BJP candidate submitted nomination in presence of BJP and Tipra Motha supporters. After the nomination submission, BJP party leaders headed to Ambassa and organized a rally there. Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha himself was present in that nomination submission process.

However, the candidate herself has not delivered any speech in any program yet. But Tripura CM Dr Manik Saha appealed for votes on behalf of her.

Tipra Motha party has recently aligned with the BJP in a tripartite agreement for the tribal people. Tipra Motha supporters were present with party flags with the BJP supporters.

CM said, today’s Ambassa rally is the biggest rally happened in recent time by any political party.

Saha hailed PM Modi for his Act-East policy saying, PM Modi has given a HIRA-model to Tripura improving transport related infrastructure from roadways to skyways.
