AGARTALA, March 26 (TIWN): Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) Class-10 and Class-12 examinations are almost completed, except few courses remained.
TBSE President Dr Dhananjoy Gan Chowdhury said in total four venues, Class-10 exam’s copy-checking works will happen whereas in 2 venues Class-12 copy-checking work will start by April 24.
By June 10, the TBSE Board is expected to declare results.
TBSE Board exams started on March 1.
In Madhyamik exam total of 33,732 candidates appeared this year. Out of them, the total number of regular candidates is 32,187, the number of continued candidates 315, compartmental 1026, external 174, and external compartmental 30.
In H.S. examination total 25345 candidates appeared for the test. The total number of regular students who appeared in HS examination are, total 24, 263, total 338 continued students appeared in the test, compartmental students’ number is 525, external students 192, equivalence students 3, and students who appeared in the test for improvements are 23 and 1 student appeared for a single subject’s test.
The TBSE President said a total 69 centers were opened for the Madhyamik exam with a venue of 145 locations. For HS exam total 60 centers and 98 venues were opened.
