AGARTALA, March 22 (TIWN): I.N.D.I.A. alliance candidate Ratan Das on Friday submitted nomination for Ramnagar by-poll after a marching a massive rally.
Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman and West Tripura Congress candidate cum Congress state president Asish Saha also accompanied Ratan Das in the rally.
A joint rally was organized by Left front parties and Congress in Agartala for the nomination submission purpose.
On the other hand, BJP has declared its by-poll candidate’s name for the constituency. Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) Mayor Dipak Majumder has been declared as the candidate.
