AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): Alliance with Congress remained negotiated. In a press conference, CPI-M declared Rajendra Reang as the East Tripura constituency candidate whereas Congress declared Asish Saha as the West Tripura candidate.

Addressing media, CPI-M state secretary Jitendra Chowdhury said, the parties will give their best to bring out the maximum outcomes from the poll.
CPI-M also pinched at BJP for secretly aligning with Tipra Motha keeping everyone in sleep.
