AGARTALA, March 8 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has congratulated philanthropist Sudha Murthy for being nominated as Rajya Sabha MP.

In a social media post, CM said, “Heartiest congratulations to Smt. Sudha Murthy Ji, an epitome of Naari Shakti, Eminent Educator, Philanthropist, Author and Padma Bhushan Awardee for being nominated for the Rajya Sabha by Hon'ble President of India.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also on a post on X said, “I am delighted that the President of India has nominated Sudha Murty Ji to the Rajya Sabha. Sudha Ji's contributions to diverse fields including social work, philanthropy and education have been immense and inspiring."
