AGARTALA, Jan 27 (TIWN): Four were arrested for torturing a man after pouring salt, and chilly powder on his bleeding body. The arrested persons are : Koushik Datta, Tamnoy Debnath, Sumit Debnath and Gobil Bhattacharjee. The incident took place in Dharmanagar on 18th January after a youth was injured and the culprits poured red chilly powder and salt on his body.
