AGARTALA, Jan 22 (TIWN): North Tripura District police have arrested two persons with 72 kg Ganja from Churaibari during checking.
SP Bhanupada Chakraborty said, the seized Ganja would be worth Rs. 21 lakhs.
Both the arrested persons Bijoy Kumar Debat and Idrish Ali are residents of Assam.
Initially, it was known that the Ganja stocks were being smuggled from Agartala through a currier service. Both the arrested persons were produced before court and took into custody.
